Darkness into Light - Natural Law Exposing Government’s Occult Slavery

 

There are fundamental truths that each “human” must understand in-order to break the shackles of the occulted and tyrannical mental prisons [wo]men now find themselves occupying. Lies that are so immense with consequences far exceeding our comprehension have been perpetrated against us from the begging of recorded history.  

 

An occult private and public sect of human-ity has sewn an extremely complicated web of deceit in attempt to hold illusionary dominion over your spiritual sovereignty and in doing so have trespassed against our naturally given rights.   

 

The following is my attempt at awakening the divine spark which lives in each of us. The information presented may elicit feelings of anger, confusion and even a state of cognitive dissonance (cognitive dissonance-law) but the ask is simple. For a small amount of time set aside your individual bias, ego and programming to contemplate the extreme weight that this knowledge bares as well as the freedom it can potentially deliver.  

 

Understanding the hierarchy of Natural Law by the use of scripture, common law vernaculars and word etymology may help you grasp the levity of the situation we are faced with in this era.  Establishing spiritual sovereignty brings great freedom but with this freedom comes immense personal responsibility. Let's begin with defining the zygote and the importance of knowing your true beginning.

 

Through out you will notice that i use  the term [wo]man which refers to the true flesh and blood man, woman or human. I do not use person(s) people(s) as these are definitions of law and do not pertain to the living [wo]man but instead they refer to the world of death, ownership, debt, taxation and enslavement. Natural Person can be used but i feel that this is a slippery slope and should only be used once we understand jurisdiction and can hold our own.

 What is the spiritual zygote

 

Conceptually and or factually speaking about what is the true begging of human spiritual sovereignty or when life begins has historically and now more than ever is a volatile source of discourse between differing mindsets and affiliations. 

 

My belief has been shaped over many years of wrestling with my current state of consciousness, “churchianity” upbringing and an inadequate human understanding of the cosmos. Through my studies and experience i concur with many others that the cleavage of the zygote to the uterine wall is the time a [wo]man is a viable human but the spiritual creation of sovereignty in my opinion begins the moment the seed and ovum attache and split into the zygote itself. 

 

God said, 'Let us make man with our image and likeness. Let him dominate the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the livestock animals, and all the earth - and every land animal that walks the earth.'

Why is the zygote important

 

Let us look to “Hellywood” for the allegorical proof that your zygote is of true importance. Allegorical interpretation draws spiritual or figurative meaning from historical matter. So, if history is just a set of lies agreed upon, can we not agree that television and movies are spinning tales to condition us in to a state of acceptance or total disbelief for what is coming down the pike in-terms of atrocities committed against [wo]man? Remember that etymology is very important.

 

Take for instance the blockbuster of its time,“Superman!” Superman is still relevant today because like you, Superman had an alter ego that he presented to the world by day and night.  This mild mannered man appeared to be like everyone else as he worked a nine to five job and did his best to earn a living in a corrupt and spiritually bankrupt society. Just like you and i, Clark Kent had been oppressed of knowledge and spiritually attacked from his first day on earth.

 

Superman entered this world like all of us, born of flesh and blood [wo]man, he was covered in the protection of his cryptonym (no-men) Kal-El.  The difference between us is that at birth superman was not stripped of his superpowers. In fact, he is still adorned with a holy vestment that yokes him to the essence of the Creator and the power of duality through the sacred  feminine and masculine archetypes.  You and i on the other-hand have been disconnected from the Origin and combinations of the gender archetypes as the doctor cut the funiculus umbilicus, leaving us vulnerable to corruption. 

 

If we no longer don (dawn) this powerful light giving vestment but merely retain the remnant, what offerings of spiritual protection do we have?  Like Kal-El returning to his origins of Krypton we too can return to our origins and find freedom within this matrix. 

 

I’m sure you are still wondering what a vestment has to do with your spiritual sovereignty and why i am using hyperbole? Remember, that every word carries immense power and tells a story, the common law of today holds extremely cryptic vernacular or signifiers that establish ones footing, knowing what has been stripped from you can not easily be described with simple or lay words. 

 

 

Origins are important - Words change the standing

As I have mentioned, the historical relevance of the human connection to Intelligent Design and the natural laws governing our interactions with the matrix is consistently a topic of heated discourse. i hold true to my original positioning that there is a Creator but [wo]man has cast aside the relevance and innate rules that divine creation offers. Setting aside this vestment that tethers us to elevated standing within the universe, accepting mere benefits and privileges that the remnant offers. 

 

The begging of all species on this planet was no coincidence. The teachings of modern day science are eschewed as these individuals that play ruler(s) are actual slavers and do not see us as equal but as lesser pieces of property.  They seek to pull the wool over our eyes, to keep us in the dark and to retain some sense of control where there is actually none. 

 

Through all of [wo]mans ego and ideology we see the Laws of Nature are not being adhered to as corrupt ideologies lend themselves to immense struggle and tear us away from living in harmony as was intended.  [Wo]man seeks to devour its own species in the name of more.  More resources for less people, more power for less people and more man made tyrannical threats of oppression as to fear mongering and coerce us into slavery. All of this steams from conditioned behaviors and fraud. 

 

Life after creation is a series of voluntary events that we do have some amount of control over, the outcomes in our life are not predetermined or even all at random, free will dictates that nothing is “set in stone.’ Our conscious state or manifested reality is affected by our collective behaviors which in time generate the urges to act with logic or with extreme executive function disorders. 

 

The principal Modus operandi of prescribed Natural Law will dictate how you interact in this world and how you CARE for others. The two differing concepts demonstrate that this is in fact the case, compare the same definitions through the jurisdiction of “people” or “persons”.  

 

 

NATURAL LAW - INTELLIGENT DESIGN / PEOPLE

A hypothetical body of fundamental principles of ethics and government supposedly inherent in nature, usually regarded as being of divine origin. Although a belief in natural rights underlay the Declaration of Independence and certain Constitutional provisions, natural law itself is a philosophical and religious concept rather than a scientific or legal one. 

 

 

Natural Law through Intelligent design concludes that because the intelligent agent exhibits high levels of CSI, a quality known to be produced only by intelligent design, and because there is no other known mechanism to explain the origin of these "irreducibly complex" biological structures, we conclude that they were intelligently designed. 

 

A central mechanism or force of the natural world made all things initially but as flesh and blood [wo]man (you are the current intelligent agent residing in this constructed matrix), we have the power to change the trajectory of our lives, the lives of others around us and our surroundings because of conscious behaviors displayed through action. 

 

Natural Law from the perspective of a governing body of authority states that Intelligent Design (ID) is fictitious ideology not concretely based upon the scientific method, irrational, ignorant and random. Thus attempting to discredit anyone using ID - Natural Law as a basis for discourse. It could be read  as “you are not an intelligent agent” and therefore have no authority over the future and there is no Creator.

The Agenda - Holding absolute jurisdiction over your mind 

 

Let us return to the idea of Superman and to a list of super-villains of extreme occult power, who play a role in the wanted destruction of this man acting within the realm of Natural Law. Unlike most heroes, Superman's adversaries exist in every known capacity; humans, metahumans, androids, sorcerers, empowered animals, other aliens (such as Kryptonians), mythical/supernatural creatures, corrupt doppelgängers of himself (imposters, clones, or parallel universe counterparts), and even deities.

 

We will focus on one such entity that i believe mirrors the establishment that has perpetrated these atrocities from the beginning. This shadow entity is Darkseid or Uxas, he is the tyrannic ruler of the Apokolips whose ultimate goal is to conquer the universe by eliminating all hope and free will in sentient beings. A new god and one of the most powerful beings in the universe of this so called scripted reality. (*Decoding the power behind words using Gematria)

 

The Principle of Correspondence states that which is Above is like that which is Below. That which is Below is like that which is Above. The Universe is a Holographic image (Holographic Will-law) of its self and is self-similar across all scales. Allegorical proof that what is happening today is not a coincidence but instead is in direct response to the spells that have been cast upon us all. 

 

Every word and word combination has been carefully scripted by the shadow entities within media, religion and the government cabal to separate you from your spiritual begging. Concepts that you were presented with in school, church or +tell-a-vision programming” as a child have been twisted to make you believe they are bad and are instead, harmless or even good in nature. Ideas that are taught to the youth of today as being good, wholesome or even righteous are rot with corruption and dark energies. 

 

The following words are relevant examples of how the current misconstrued use of harmless words have placed us under a spell and destroyed our “innerstanding,” stripping us of our super powers much like kryptonite. The occulting and retardation of our language is and has been an effort to dismantle your logical thought processes.

From the time we entered the public school system the occult was thrust upon us and the goal has been to create servants of the state. Every morning like clock work we were coaxed to stand at attention and recite a powerful spell which bound (bound-law) us to a life of servitude.  

 

As children we had been trained to believe that the pomp and circumstance of pledging our allegiance to a talisman was patriotic and a duty bound by venerating the fore fathers of our past. All of this was done to shackle us to child (child-law) like thinking, turn us away from the natural world, blind us to the truth of what is meant to be lifted up and where our sovereignty comes from. 

 

This prayer, oath or spell was penned by Francis Bellamy in 1892 to be recited in unison by a mass of school age children as part of the national patriotic school program. Its unveiling came as part of the Chicago Worlds fair Columbian Exposition as a new promise to the American flag. This oath is a directive which bares legal authority over those that make the proclamation of jurisdiction. 

 

“Make no bones about it,” as Crrow says, the dark occult powers in places of so called authority will and have been doing all they can to claim your consciousness. Knowing your spiritual sovereign jurisdiction and standing within it daily is not an easy task, unless you are awake to the trespasses against you.

 

 

You are lost at sea but confined by many jurisdictions 

Real legal stuff

 

The legal definitions of words define the perimeters of a jurisdiction. Everything you have done or will do established or reestablished an allegiance, which is a pledge or oath to be bonded or bound by a jurisdiction which is a contract. The “Pledge of Allegiance” is just one such examples of a contract of/or jurisdiction.

 

We are “landless surfs” that have pledged an allegiance (legis) to a jurisdiction of a corporation, binding us to the rules of stated jurisdiction. We are “lost at Sea” and there are hidden contracts that bind us to these macrocosmic jurisdictions. We enter and exit these contracts without knowing, remedy of these contracts of military Roman conquest is key!

 

The “law of the land,” or to say that all land is under the authority of laws granted by the crown or sovereign. The crown grants land and authority to noble men who become the landlords and they have pledge an oath of fealty by bonding their faith to the sovereign. Fuedal law has never been done away with it remains intact today but has been renamed and recoded.

 

The following are jurisdictions that we fall under. Town/city, county state, country, United Nations (ZIP Code) are all subdivisions which attaches us to one jurisdictions of a civil containment field under military conquest and bankruptcy. Based on that, we have a taken an oath of allegiance to a subdivision-jurisdiction of a global jurisdiction that posits,  all human beings are lifted off the land and have no standing. 

 

 

 

Citizen 

a person who owes allegiance to a government and entitled to its protection. Under the 14th Amendment, virtually all persons natrualized or born in the Unites States are are citizens of the United States and of the state where they reside. In addition, by statute, persons born in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands are citizens of the United States.

Why is Spiritual Sovereignty so important now

 

Sovereignty is inherently a God/Creator given freedom and flows from Natural Law. Consciousness is knowledge which affords [wo]man the ability to exercise their sovereignty or to be bound by fear and the shackles of man.  No [wo]man has the authority to rule over another and now more than ever violence its being perpetrated against all races, creeds, colors and affiliations by an occult demagogue.

 

In fact we have seen that the more lawless a society becomes the more laws are laid down, the more laws that are laid down the more lawless this society remains. Its a Catch 22 and the future lies in peril if we continue to act as children when it pertains to understanding our freedom provided by Natural Law.  Knowledge has been occulted through [wo]mans laws and oppression of knowledge. It will remain as so until we demand freedom over comfort and so called safety but as we can see it comes with a high cost. Ignorance on the other hand is bliss. 

 

As we approach the presuppose of the most historical energy transition in human history, understanding all the truths, jurisdictions, vernaculars, etymology and roots is of utter importance.  Somethings will change drastically and somethings will remain the same with some slight shifts but  one thing will remain absolute. Our sovereignty will never change even if you feel that it has or are told so by those that seek to oppress. 

 

Our consciousness has been under constant spiritual attack, if we do not remain in a place of love and peace we stand to loose even more than we may gain. Knowledge and “greatattude,” provides the understanding of this fundamental living truth.  By exercising these charateristics and continually acting within the jurisdiction of honor we remain cloaked in the royal protection that sovereignty provides.

What to do now

 

I know that what i have laid out before you is confusing and complex. My hyperbole may have seemed like pure babble at times or even entirely? I can assure you that over the last six month of daily study all of these ideas truths where confusing and at times are still perplexing but once i have applied some of these truths to my daily life, the vail becomes more faint. The only thing you can do is to learn and apply the knowledge.

Yes, it’s true, there is EMF that’s good for us, and it comes directly from the Earth and Sun.  

We all live indoors these days and we’re insulated from Nature.  

We don’t get out in the sun, and many doctors today will tell you the sun is toxic.  

Manmade EMF like Wi-Fi, cellphone radiation and Bluetooth causes inflammation and can lead to health problems.

During the day the sun shines on the Earth. There is an electric field produced on Earth wherever there is daylight. This field is energizing and create by photons entering the atmosphere.  

In addition, the Earth receives thousands of lightning strikes every second. These strikes drive electrons into the earth and also create the Schumann Resonance.  

Our bodies can use the electrons in the Earth and are also attuned to the Schumann Resonance. Science is still learning how this works and what effect it has on us, but we know that when humans travel to space and leave these fields, their bodies break down.  

The Russian’s recreate a Schumann Resonant frequency in space to keep the cosmonauts healthier.  

 

Nighttime Magenetic Field..Thanks Earth  

 

At night, without photons bombarding the atmosphere, the Earth’s Magnetic Field is more prominent. Our opinion is that this magnetic field is healing and we take advantage of it in our sleep to heal our bodies.  

If we sleep above ground level, like in 3rd or 10th floor apartments, or even just in a 2nd floor bedroom, we are quite far away from the proper Earth fields we should experience and rather bombarded by manmade fields from cell towers and Wi-Fi and electrical currents in the walls.  

If you want to take advantage of the healing magnetic field, sleep as close to the ground as possible.  Sleeping in a basement bedroom both allows you to be close to the Earth's magnetic field and minimizes or eliminates the manmade EMF fields.  

 

Grounding 

Remember all those lightning strikes hitting the Earth every second? This embeds electrons into the Earth, which is why the Earth is the largest source of negative energy and why we “ground” electrical things into the Earth. You can stand barefoot on the Earth and allow positive charge in your body, known as inflammation, to drain out into the ground. How amazing is our Earth?  You’ll want to be barefoot to do this and stand on a conductive surface like grass, dirt, rocks, cement, concrete. If you stand on a wood deck, asphalt or plastic you will not be grounded. You also cannot ground through your shoes or through nylon or polyester socks, those are plastic. Get some wool or cotton socks or go barefoot.  

 

Schumann Resonance 

Those lightning strikes hitting the ground create a band of frequency close to the surface of the Earth.  

The collective lightning strike frequency is known as the Schumann Resonance. Humans and animals, probably plants too, are tuned to this frequency. Cosmonauts in Russia recreate this frequency in their spacecraft to keep healthy.  

The Schumann Resonance averages to 7.83Hz. This is exactly the alpha brain wave humans attain when in meditation. It’s probably important to tune into this.  

When you sleep or live further from the surface of the Earth, like in an apartment or 2nd floor bedroom, you are more removed from this resonance. 

 

Sunlight is Information 

When we talk about nature's frequencies, the majority of those come from the Sun.  

Sunlight, both visible and invisible, is information to the body.  

Ignore this information – by wearing sunscreen, clothes, and living indoors – and you will be worse off for it.  

Obviously get safe sun exposure. This means building a solar callus and slowly working to get more sun.  

Getting sun on your naked sun is pure information to the body. This sets your circadian rhythm, tells your body what time of day it is and what time of year. This information can be used to make vitamin D and more.  

When we hide from the sun, we completely miss out on this quantum information.  

Studies actually show that people that get the most sun die less often.  

Sun has both visible light and invisible light. We know there is invisible light, like ultraviolet and infrared. I would argue that there are more invisible wavelengths that we even know about. Science isn’t all knowing. I would also guess that these invisible wavelengths we don’t know about are extremely important to health.  

Bottom line is get outside.  

 

When is the Best Time to Get Earth Based EMF?  

If you want to take advantage of all this good juju the earth and Sun provide, then you need to do a few key things.  

The best times are dawn and dusk. However, any time you can get outside is a win. 

 

Get Outside First Thing in the Morning 

At sunrise your body will read the light and set your circadian rhythm for the day. This is extremely important.  

Also, dawn sun has no UV in it. Your body has receptors for UV and it will know there’s none, so be prompted to correctly set your circadian rhythm.  

When we stay inside and look at our phone, the body is tricked, through the blue light of the phone, into thinking it’s later in the day and then mismatches your rhythm to the actual time.  

 

Where BlueBlockers 

We can’t stress this enough. Get those BLUEBLOCKERS on.  

These are to be worn whenever the sun is not in the sky (After sunset and before sunrise).  

Blue light frequencies mess up your rhythm and are associated with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and obesity when you see blue light at night.  

At night during sleep  

Lights out, connect to the earth by sleeping as close to the ground as possible. Turn off the breakers to your bedroom or better yet the whole house, or better yet, just sleep outside.  

You could also use a grounding sheet from Earthing Company. We use a King size grounding sheet under our bottom sheet to stay grounded all night.

WiFi off at night and cell on airplane mode and into a farday cage pouch so it’s not tracking you and you guarantee no one can turn it on at night and radiate you with the wrong signals. Yup, I do think some companies turn on cell phones for brief milliseconds even when in airplane to download a bit of data on you.. don’t take the risk. 

 

Faraday Cage Bedroom  

We highly recommend sleeping inside a faraday cage. This is material that blocks manmade nnEMF like that from your WiFI, celltowers and your daughters cellphone that’s on all night. To create a primal environment while you sleep, think about investing in a faraday cage for your bed. We use one from Brian Hoyer at Shielded Healing.  

 

 

First thing in the morning when we wake, we get on our blueblockers to avoid signaling our body with the wrong messages.  

Get outside first thing to expose yourself to the electric field and the sun.  

Preferably barefoot on the earth so you can take advantage of the photoelectric effect and absorbing more electrons from the earth while dumping positive charge (inflammation).  

I understand it’s winter in northern climates and this is difficult to be barefoot, and that’s why we’ve sourced these grounding heel straps you can attach to any boot or shoe and be grounded without be barefoot.  They just slip on and off in seconds so you just put them on when you want to ground.  

 

Conclusion 

Get outside as often as possible and remove as many non-native sources of EMF as you can during the day and especially at night.

Best Nightlight for Kids

 

The right type of light at night for your kids is more important than you realize.  

Kids are far more affected by the wrong type of light at night than adults.  

While it’s true that most kids are more resilient than adults, when it comes to light this isn’t the case.  

Using the wrong light at night for your kids can lead to sleep issues and degenerative eye problems.  

Children may be terrified of the dark, but we have fund this is largely because adults light up their rooms at night starting from the time they are babies. Personally, our kids have slept in dark since they were less than a year old and they need to light to go to sleep.  

If you aren’t this lucky and your kids need light to sleep, or you want to light up their hallway or bathroom to ensure safe passage at night, then having the right type of light is critical.  

 What’s Wrong with Light?  

At night, lights harm our melatonin and circadian rhythm. This means kids don’t sleep as well at night if they experience light after sunset.  

In addition to sleep disturbances, light at night has been shown to negatively affect mood the next day.  

Humans have receptors in their eyes for blue frequencies of light. Since most all lightbulbs, phones, TVs, and computers, and night lights contain blue light, we stimulate the receptors in our eyes each night. When this happens, our bodies think it’s daytime. Cortisol, the stress hormone is increased while melatonin, the hormone of darkness, is suppressed. This is a bad combination at night. In adults this light at night is associated with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and obesity.  

Simply put, seeing light at night, and especially sleeping with lights on in our rooms leads to negative health consequences.  
 
Considerations when choosing night lights 

So, you have decided that your kids can’t sleep without some kind of light, or perhaps you just want a light in the bathroom.  

You want to avoid lights that give off blue light. That doesn’t mean you can just buy any bulb that doesn’t look blue.  

Every light you can buy at your local hardware store has blue light in it. LED and CFL lights have more blue than incandescent lights, even if the light coming out of them looks warm or more yellow.  

We took spectrometer readings of many lights and have not found a conventional light that is free of blue anywhere.  

Remember, the blue in light bulbs, including dim light can lead to circadian rhythm disruptions and possible health concerns.  

You want to find a night light that provides just enough light but not too much. In addition, it needs to be free of blue, and preferably green light. These are the two wavelengths studied and shown to impact circadian rhythm.  

Believe it or not there are pure red lights you can buy.  

These red lights have no blue or green and are just pure red light that has been proven not to destroy melatonin at night. 

Portability

Why You're Using Your Cellphone All Wrong

I bet You Don’t know How to Use a Cellphone 

Safely that is.  

Your cellphone is a microwave emitting device.  

Ever stuck your head in a microwave?  

No?  

Seems like a bad idea, right?  

Yet you have no problem holding  your cellphone to your head for hours every single day.  

Some of your even sleep with your cellphone under you pillow.  

Take a look at the safety sticker that’s on your microwave. I don’t have one, but I went to the neighbors and looked at it.  

Now, go and look at the sticker on the back of your WIFI router.  

You will now have a better sense of perspective.  

The frequency emitted by your microwave and by your wifi router are the EXACT same frequencies.  

So, if you don’t want to stick your head in your microwave, and your cellphone and wifi router emit the exact same frequency, what gives?  

Truth  

The truth is that microwave radiation and its effects on human biology has been well studied. In over 5,500 peer reviewed, published papers the truth is laid our in black and white.  

Microwave radiation, like that given off by cellphones affects learning, sleep, mood, behavior, and health.  

Modern humans are bombarded with an astounding 1 quintillion more microwaves today than ever before in human history.  

When you carry a cellphone in your pocket, you are exposing yourself non-stop to the frequency associated with that cellphone.  

Every cellphone or cellphone provider uses a slightly different signal. 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and now 5G all use different frequencies to connect.  

Because the frequencies are all different and each frequency has a slightly different effect and each human has more or less susceptibility to any particular frequency, it is hard to nail down that cellphones are negatively affecting us because each human, carrying a different frequency around will have a different effect from that.  

One person may have an issue with their eyes while another gets cancer. These frequencies affect us differently. One thing that is not in question based on centuries of research is that wireless radiation absolutely affects biology.  

Safe Use Instructions  

Oddly, your cellphone doesn’t come with safe use instructions. HOWEVER, it does tell you right in the safety/regulatory manual that touching your cellphone while it’s turned on violates the safety requirements.  

Read that again!  

Touching your cellphone while in use specifically stated to be avoided for safe use.  

I bet none of your has read that part of your cellphone manual.  

So… if you can’t touch your cellphone while it’s turned on, what do you do?  

 

Wireless radiation affects can be mitigated with 3 key strategies. Follow these and you will minimize your exposure to harmful man-made EMF.  

 

Time 

The less time you are exposed to microwaves, the better.  

Use your phone, WIFI, and Bluetooth for as little time as possible.  

Spend as little time in high EMF environments. These are places like coffee shops and even your office where high powered WIFI is pumped out for everyone to use.  

When I’m at corporate headquarters bathed in junk light and wifi, I make sure to spend as little time inside as possible. If I can work, meet, and take my lunch outside, I will.  

 

Distance 

Wireless radiation diminishing quickly with distance.  

There is a law called the inverse square law that is applied to wireless radiation. This means that for every 1X increase in distance from the source there is a 10X drop in the intensity of the radiation.  

Position yourself as far as possible away from a microwave radiation source. Even a few inches can make a huge difference.  

If you can’t turn off a wireless source of radiation, move as far away from it as possible.  

When a friend of mine measured the WIFI radiation in her son’s high school she found that just moving desks from under the WIFI router that was installed on the ceiling to a desk 5 seats away dropped the radiation levels by more than 10X.  

 

Blocking  

Obviously the best way to reduce wireless radiation is to turn it off. Most of us can’t do that completely. Though we do more than most people, which I’ll explain below.  

When you can’t turn off the wireless, you can block it.  

Microwave radiation can be blocked by metal.  

There are faraday cages you can put your wifi router into and it will significantly reduce the radiation. It will not block all the wifi or else your devices would not be able to connect to it. These are metallic cages with enough gaps in the metal screen to allow some of the wifi out but at significantly reduced signal power.  

You can buy a faraday cage (LINK) for your phone. These are metal lined pouches that block all radiation going to and coming from your phone. These are great if you have someone in your family sleeping with their phone or if you want to be absolutely protected from your phone.  

We keep our phones in the pouches while we sleep even when they are in airplane mode. We know that people have been measuring wireless radiation from their phones even when in airplane mode. This is likely due to software companies calling for private data about you to be sent to the cloud all the time as well as reveal your location. We do not consent to this and therefore keep our phones in pouches so they cannot connect to the cloud or spray us with radiation while we sleep.  

In addition, we take it a step further by surrounding our bed in a faraday cage. While we can turn off our wifi and cellphones at night, we cannot stop the cellphone tower from sending radiation into our bedroom while we sleep.  

Actually, we can stop it by surrounding our bed with metal mesh fabric. This blocks the radiation from our “sleep chamber”.  

Whenever we fly or travel, we always wear our Primalhacker EMF blocking hoodies. It’s impossible to get away from wireless when traveling and thus we do our best to reduce what we’re exposed to as much as possible.  LINK 

You can also mitigate some of the radiation given off by your laptop while on wifi by using one of these products from Harapad.  

Blocking wireless radiation is often our best choice these days when we cannot get away from it. 

 

Airplane Mode 

Your cellphone, tablet, and laptop all have airplane Mode.  

Use it! 

Whenever you are not downloading messages or making a phone call, turn your devices onto airplane mode.  

Don’t forget that when your laptop is connected to a LAN line, you need to enable airplane mode. Otherwise it’s still pinging wifi every once in a while for no reason.  

If you have your cellphone in your pocket, put it in airplane mode.  

This is why we have voicemail and texts.  

I modified my voicemail message to state that I do not listen to voicemail, honestly who has time for that.  

I ask callers to send me a text.  

When I pop my phone out of airplane mode and download data, I see the texts and call back whoever I need to. I am not on call 24/7.  

Airplane mode will disable your WIFI, cellphone, cell data, and Bluetooth.  

It will not disable the GPS. GPS is always on. You can convince yourself of this by using maps on your phone and then turning your phone to airplane mode. The maps will keep up just fine.  

Be careful though, because some people turn their phones to airplane mode and the wifi or Bluetooth is still on. Check to make sure these are actually turned off when your phone is in airplane mode.  

One phone hack is to only have the wireless on that you need. Instead of ALWAYS having Bluetooth, Cell Service, and WIFI on all the time, just turn on the one that you need.  

Each of these is a separate antenna microwaving you. Turn on only the antenna you actually need.  

 

Hardwire 

You can get rid of wireless at your home.  

We have “hardwired” our home. Here’s an article we wrote detailing how we did this without pulling wire through walls.

Go into your router settings and disable the WIFI.  

Get a LAN cable and connect all your devices to the wired cables. Your TV, video game console, cellphones, and laptops will all connect to a wired connection.  

The best part isn’t just that you’ll be protected from the wireless radiation but wired connections are faster than wireless.  

 

Stop being EMF’d.  Adopt some or all of the suggestions above to improve your health.

Specific Exercise Tip: High Intensity Interval Training

Needless to say, exercise is vital to mitochondrial production, and any exercise beats none, but if you want the biggest return on exercise training for mitochondrial health, I highly recommend high intensity interval training (often abbreviated as HIIT). A recent study in Cell Metabolism found that HIIT exercise in particular- such as 15 second sprint bursts or 30 second cycling bursts followed by brief recoveries- had the strongest correlations with mitochondrial production. Not Just Sleep

Our Experience with the Soltec Sleep System

As of this writing, April 30, 2021, there are no commercial units of the SMS to be had. The are all still in production. 

Luckily, Tomorrow and I were able to drive over to Dr Dan's place to try out the Soltec SMS. 

At 3pm we both sat up in chairs with our feet propped up on an ottoman. The Soltec SMS was placed at our feet on the ottoman. 

Facing each other, we settled in as Dr Dan turned on the machine. He used his phone to tell the SMS to go into Sleep Mode. 

The device is about as big as an old school record player. It has a spinning magnet inside an aluminum tube. Around this, a plastic fan type device spins inside of a plastic housing. Here's a photo of it.

 As Dan initiated the program, Tomorrow and I both felt a pulsing immediately going through our legs and up our body. It was subtle but noticeable. 

As Dan left the room and closed the door, we stayed open to what we might experience. About 5 minutes later my head was nodding off toward my chest. I caught myself falling asleep about 4 times, all while sitting up in a chair in the middle of the day. 

After a half hour we were convinced that the SMS absolutely can help someone fall asleep. 

For the next half hour Dan set the SMS to a parasympathetic, relaxation setting. 

We closed our eyes and felt very relaxed. Whether it was the current setting, or feeling relaxed from the sleep setting previously, we absolutely felt like we had entered parasympathetic. After a half hour we were pretty blissed out, like coming off a deep guided meditation.

So we haven't had a chance to use it overnight at our own house yet or experiment with it on more people for meditations during the day. As soon as we get access to a pre-production unit, we will begin posting on Youtube and IG and to the blog with our experiences as well as to update this post.
