Enthusiastic users quickly went to work testing units out.

“Over a year ago, a team of 5 physicians, scientists and engineers set out to create a new kind of wearable device. This device would leverage the power of two of nature’s fundamentals: light and thermal energy and their effect on the body.

This device would not simply measure your heart rate or other common fitness metrics like most other wearables do today. Rather, it would enable anyone to optimize their body’s function by simply using light and cold to ultimately revolutionize human performance.”

Using a proprietary set of wavelengths and duration of irradiation parameters developed by Quantum Dynamics, the device emits light through the skin and tissue down to the radial and ulnar arteries, as well as the wrist veins. The light applied triggers targeted, localized and controllable production of nitric oxide, a well-known vasodilator and neurotransmitter capable of enhancing physical performance by increasing blood flow. 

Nitric oxide has also been known to reduce inflammation and trigger gene expression

In addition, the Quantlet utilizes thermoelectric coolers (TECs) to regulate core body temperature thereby optimizing physiologic performance. YOU’RE BEING TRACKED

But can your tracker actually heal you or is it just giving you useless data? And will that data ever be used against you, by say, an insurance company?

Well, with most modern trackers, the healing part is left up to you. You have to make sense of the data, come up with a plan, and execute the plan if you want to get fit and if you want to heal.

Everyone from my Mom to the neighbor kid across the road from me are wearing trackers and yet I doubt any of them are actually using the data to improve.

My guess is that you’re just being tracked. All this data is going into a database and being mined by someone for their own gain, but not to the benefit of your own health.

Regardless of what’s written there, in reality, it was designed to directly benefit the body and not to track data.

The Quantlet’s inventors claim to use published clinical research and experimental research in the fields of photobiomodulation, physiology, and sports medicine. If you’re wondering what the heck all this means, keep reading and I’ll break it down for you.

DO YOU WEAR A TRACKING BAND? 

Modern tracking devices, I mean fitness bands, track data such as the number of steps taken, heart rate, calories expended and even heart rate variability on the more sophisticated devices. Soon they will track blood pressure. All this data can be viewed over time to help you become healthier. It can be shared with your doctor, assuming your doctor knows how to use it properly to help you stay healthy.

The problem is that rarely do people do anything with the data. Everyone is being tracked, I mean tracking and yet very few people do anything with the data. Although I guarantee there is someone behind the scenes making good use of the data you’re providing them every time you sync.

Most people think that because they have the tracking band they are doing something positive or their health. They’ve got their tracking band, yoga pants, special shoes and then work indoors all day, sitting in a chair, typing on a computer.  This environment beats us down so much that an hour or even 2 hours at the gym does not make up for a day of sitting and a night of sleeping and an hour of commuting.

Even when we go to the gym, we are working out under toxic lights, breathing in toxic air and generally doing exercises that aren’t ideal.

We agree with the founders’ beliefs that our modern world decouples us from nature and this leads to increased aging, inflammation, stress and anxiety.

Ruben is a medical technology entrepreneur, inventor and angel investor. He cut his teeth at GE and moved into the medical device business thereafter.

James Carroll provided the light module development and is the founder and CEO of Thor Photomedicine. He’s a world expert on the effect of light on cellular function and worked to maximize the effect of light from a wearable device.

The Quantlet doesn’t answer the question; What do I do with all this data? It goes in a new direction

The Quantlet, instead of tracking data, provides input directly to your body in the form of cooling and light to produce a beneficial effect.

Why not put on a device that actually increases your health rather than tracks it?

Now, I’ll be the first to agree that you should get outside in the morning, at noon and again in the evening.

You shouldn’t spend so much time indoors staring into screens.

You also shouldn’t fly high in the air exposing yourself to solar radiation, EMF from the airline controls and wifi bouncing around the metal airline frame and dehydration.

But we all do these things.

Remember our modern environment has not been designed in a way that supports and works with human biology. It’s been designed for comfort and ease of doing business. Its aim is to make good consumers, workers, and soldiers out of all of us.

The Quantlet was designed to be just such a device. But does it work? And even if it works, how does it work?

WHAT IS THE QUANTLET? 

The Quantlet is a wearable device that looks like this:

The large size of the device is intended to provide cooling to the blood through heat loss at the wrist from the veins and radial artery.  As blood is pumped into the hands through the artery in the wrist, the Quantlet cools the skin and pumps heat out.  

A specific frequency of Light is shined at this same point, allowing the light to enter the blood. Red, purple and blue light can be used depending on the protocol chosen. The light can keep the blood vessels dilated to allow more heat transfer. Usually, as the skin and veins are cooled, the body constricts the blood vessels and stops blood flow to the skin. In order to overcome this and cool the body, the Quantlet attempts to continue cooling through the use of light to keep the blood vessels dilated.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

The Quantlet delivers multiple frequencies of light at the right wavelength into specific areas of the body, this is called photobiomodulation.

In fact, the Quantlet uses 2 frequencies of light that are critically important in ALL life, ultra-violet (UV) and infrared (IR). These two light frequencies can be captured by water and drive numerous processes in the body that maintain health. Without these two frequencies, we do not thrive, we are left open to disease and increased aging.

The Quantlet also claims to help keep the body at its preferred temperature so that it can operate more efficiently. When the body overheats due to training or disease, physical performance, and cognitive function decline.

The Quantlet cools and shines light into the wrist. Let’s explore. From the Quantlet website:

“By irradiating the skin on the wrist to reach the blood non-invasively, we hypothesized that we could achieve the same or at least similar results to those reported by these scientists, including improvements in sports performance and physical, mental disposition and even sleep quality.

We used red and infrared LEDs to obtain a photobiomodulating effect just as powerful as the invasive intravenous method effect used by researchers by leveraging the so-called "optical window" in tissue, which allows light to penetrate the skin most effectively. And, we also used LEDs in the violet, blue and green range.”

Photobiomodulation 

Why haven’t you heard of photobiomodulation, otherwise known as low-level light therapy (LLLT)? According to THIS article in the photomedicine laser surgery medical journal: “As Juliet states: “what's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”1 However, a name, if ill-conceived and lacking a clear definition, can have profound effects on the image and acceptance of a therapy by mainstream medicine.

Sunlight has much anecdotal use in ancient scriptures. In the late eighteenth century, Niels Ryberg Finsen pioneered the use of red and blue light to treat various human ailments, especially Lupus vulgaris. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in medicine and physiology in 1903 for his pioneering demonstration that concentrated chemical rays from sunlight could be bactericidal as well as stimulating surrounding tissue.2Although this seminal work received much attention from physicians and scientists, the lack of mechanistic explanation relegated it non-mainstream medicine.”

The Quantlet uses photobiomodulation. This is a fancy name for LLLT or Low-Level Light Therapy. Which is another fancy name for using the power of light to heal or to enact desired changes in the body’s physiology to create a desired effect.

With today’s modern science we’re learning enough that not only do we know light can heal, but we’re able to find the exact frequencies of light that make specific changes in the body.

We now know we can use infrared to increase collagen production and reduce wrinkles!

Our bodies can make direct use of light. It’s not just plants that need sunlight for life, but humans too!

We can use red light energize our mitochondria – in fact, our mitochondria directly absorb light which makes cytochrome C oxidase active and produces energy through the electron transport chain.

Quantlet makes use of this science by using light in its design to help optimize your body.

COLD 

The second function of the Quantlet is to cool the blood through heat loss at the wrist.

The Quantlet attempts to cool the blood moving through the arm and hand via this pathway. It uses cooling fans to cool the plate on the bottom of the wearable, cooling the blood as it passes through.

This cooling theory has great merit and has been attempted before and resulted in cold numb hands with poor mobility for athletes attempting to use the hand cooling glove during exercise. Quantlet attempts to change that.

This article discusses the basics behind the cooling theory of the body:  “Heller and Grahn discovered that bears and, in fact, nearly all mammals have built-in radiators: hairless areas of the body that feature extensive networks of veins very close to the surface of the skin.

Rabbits have them in their ears, rats have them in their tails, dogs have them in their tongues. Heat transfer with the environment overwhelmingly occurs on these relatively small patches of skin. When you look at a thermal scan of a bear, the animal is mostly indistinguishable from the background. But the pads of the bear’s feet and the tip of the nose look like they’re on fire.

These networks of veins, known as AVAs (arteriovenous anastomoses) seem exclusively devoted to rapid temperature management. They don’t supply nutrition to the skin, and they have highly variable blood flow, ranging from negligible in cold weather to as much as 60 percent of total cardiac output during hot weather or exercise.

In humans, AVAs show up in several places, including the face and feet, but the researchers’ glove targets our most prominent radiator structures – in the palms of our hands.

The newest version of the device is a rigid plastic mitt, attached by a hose to what looks like a portable cooler. When Grahn sticks his hand in the airtight glove, the device creates a slight vacuum. The veins in the palm expand, drawing blood into the AVAs, where it is rapidly cooled by water circulating through the glove’s plastic lining.

The method is more convenient than, say, full-body submersion in ice water, and avoids the pitfalls of other rapid palm-cooling strategies. Because blood flow to the AVAs can be nearly shut off in cold weather, making the hand too cold will have almost no effect on core temperature. Cooling, Grahn says, is, therefore, a delicate balance.”

Here's where the cooling theory during exercise gets interesting 

“But the glove’s effects on athletic performance didn’t become apparent until the researchers began using the glove to cool a member of the lab – the confessed “gym rat” and frequent coauthor Vinh Cao – between sets of pull-ups. The glove seemed to nearly erase his muscle fatigue; after multiple rounds, cooling allowed him to do just as many pull-ups as he did the first time around. So the researchers started cooling him after every other set of pull-ups.

“Then in the next six weeks he went from doing 180 pull-ups total to over 620,” said Heller. “That was a rate of physical performance improvement that was just unprecedented.”

The researchers applied the cooling method to other types of exercise – bench press, running, cycling. In every case, rates of gain in recovery were dramatic, without any evidence of the body being damaged by overwork – hence the “better than steroids” claim. “

How Does Cooling The Body Speed Recovery? 

There’s a very good biological reason for this shutdown. As a muscle cell increases its activity, it heats up. But if this process continues for too long, the cell will self-destruct. By shutting itself down below a critical temperature threshold, MPK serves as an elegant self-regulation system for the muscle.

“Your muscle cells are saying, “You can’t work that hard anymore, because if you do you’re going to cook and die,'” Grahn said.

When you cool the muscle cell, you return the enzyme to the active state, essentially resetting the muscle’s state of fatigue.

According to this study pre-cooling, per-cooling (cooling during exercise) and post cooling are all very beneficial: “Exercise-induced increases in core body temperature could negative impact performance and may lead to development of heat-related illnesses. The use of cooling techniques prior (pre-cooling), during (per-cooling) or directly after (post-cooling) exercise may limit the increase in core body temperature and therefore improve exercise performance…. pre-cooling significantly improved intermittent sprint exercise and endurance exercise performance. ….

 which suggests that per-cooling should have a larger potential benefit on thermoregulation and exercise performance compared to pre-cooling (NOTE – cooling during exercise is thought to have more benefit that pre-cooling)…..

Cold-induced vasoconstriction of the muscle vasculature and a decreased muscle tissue temperature due to post-cooling may cause reductions in cellular, lymphatic, and capillary permeability, which reduces the fluid diffusion into the interstitial space and decreases the risk of muscle fiber edema.91,95 Moreover, the decreased fluid diffusion, due to cooling, may assist in diminishing the acute inflammatory response to muscle damage. A lower inflammatory response is associated with less pain and lower decrease in muscle force generation.105 Furthermore, the lower inflammatory response after post-cooling can be defined as an increase in an anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10), and a decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-2, IL-8 and prostaglandin E2).106 Therefore, post-cooling may have an anti-inflammatory response and may be effective in reducing secondary muscle damage, and may therefore enhance muscle recovery.”

Thus we see that cooling the body can be beneficial for increasing performance and reducing muscle damage and inflammation for certain types of exercise.

COOLING THE VEINS IS HARD 

It’s hard to cool the veins because they contract when they get cold, so when trying to cool them from the skin, the body will react by constricting the veins and making it impossible to send the cooled blood through them. Again, according to the Quantlet website:

“There are three main reasons for the light frequency sets that the Quantlet uses: (i) the NADH-complex absorbs light in the blue range, (ii) blue and green light has an effect on HEME within red blood cells and (iii) these frequencies promote light-mediated vasodilation”

The above sentence is why the Quantlet actually works. The right frequency of light keeps the vessels dilated, even when they are getting cold.

..the conventional cooling methods most people are using are typically applied to the skin’s surface. Because of that, they are generally ineffective at cooling the body’s core and key organs like the brain.

This is because they don’t penetrate through the body’s insulating layers of tissue. Worse than that, the cold itself can result in vasoconstriction of the peripheral blood vessels and actually cause the opposite effect rather than the desired one.  

But, everyone from Olympic trainers all the way through to the military’s Special Forces have pushed researchers to find better and more consistent ways to cool the body. “

Unlike the Stanford researchers glove that allowed the man to perform 620 pull-ups, the Quantlet doesn’t require a vacuum pump to work.

the Quantlet achieves these results by simply extracting heat through the skin of the wrist. While the thermal conductivity of skin varies, the Quantlet achieves heat transfer rates approximating those observed at Stanford through a much more practical wearable design.

“The Quantlet’s light module utilizes several frequencies of visible and near-infrared (NIR) light to non-invasively irradiate the blood circulating through your wrist. The effects of light on reducing pain, inflammation, and edema, have been known for almost forty years.

Photobiomodulation, as it is known scientifically, has demonstrated increased exercise capacity and longer exercise times, as well as improved biomarkers (including reduced lactate, creatine kinase, and CRP) after exercise in people treated with red and infrared light. It has also been reported to release certain brain compounds that positively affect mood and sleep.

At the cellular level, specific frequencies of light have been shown to stimulate cells in the blood to generate more energy and utilize oxygen more effectively.

Within certain blood-based cells exist components called mitochondria, which produce cellular energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). DOES THE QUANTLET ACTUALLY LIVE UP TO THE CLAIMS?

This is where things go sideways.

I really want to like the Quantlet. But the first and second round of production units, coupled with poor customer service and a poorly designed warranty make this impossible at this point. 

There are three Facebook Groups you should check out for real-time reviews and feedback on the Quantlet in action by biohackers: Bulletproof Biohackers, Quantum Health: Light, Water, and Magnetism, and The Quantlet. All three sites have amazing information and are full of helpful people looking to live optimized lives.

"As much as I was hoping to be able to write a good review about such a cool concept of technology. It really has been a huge disappointment for me. The beta device comes with minimal instructions and no details on how to charge it(it turns out many people killed their devices by charging it with the wrong charger). I began my Q use a month ago, working up from one Wellness, to an hour of Wellness and Performance 30. My response has been Dramatic, with a big D. Recovering from an almost fatal medical condition in February, there are many variables as to my improved health. I already live many of Jack's protocols and have been steadily improving. I was told that it would take up to a year for me to totally recover. Yesterday, I was active in every way for about 12 hours. I was more active, more clear, and more intellectually present than I have been in a couple years. My spouse is a psychiatrist and she and I posited today whether too much Quantlet use could trigger a manic event. KNOWN ISSUES 

Quantlet Stops Functioning And Warranty is Not Honored 

Many people, Todd included, have reported that their Quantlet has stopped functioning through the normal use of the unit.

In addition, I have observed many broken Quantlet bands in photos posted to Facebook. The units are just not holding up.

Not only is this bad news, but customer service is reportedly incredibly hard to get ahold of. Once someone gets ahold of customer service, based on the Facebook messages, it is near impossible to receive a fixed, replaced or new Quantlet due to a violation of the warranty.

Violation of the warranty appears to come from using the Quantlet more than once per day. Users report that the manual allows only 1 use per day and more uses void the warranty. However, directly on the Quantlet website, they recommend using before and after a workout, which would void the warranty. The marketing and manual should be better aligned to ensure users have the right information. Having bought two Quantlets via a special deal and giving one of those two Quantlets to another person (for example if two people partnered up to get the special price for buying two Quantlets, then the warranty is only good for the person who paid, and if the 2

Dr. Kruse and Ruben are all about staying as far away from nn-EMF as possible and continuously tell us how bad nn-EMF is for our health. Jack has been a pioneer, along with Dave Asprey, in educating the public about this form of toxic energy.

One would reasonably assume that the Quantlet, invented by Dr. Jack Kruse, or at least advised on by Dr. Kruse would have very low levels of EMF, especially because part of the Quantlet’s promise is overcoming indoor lifestyle, which includes exposure to nn-EMF.

Unfortunately, the beta users have found that the EMF measured from a trifield EMF meter show incredibly high, in some cases off the charts readings of EMF. Largely the EMF spikes when the TEC (thermos-electric cooler) is being used.

This is just awful design from someone who truly knows better and has disappointed Jack’s fans and Quantlet users.

I really hope I can modify this to be a very positive review in the near future. I follow Jack Kruse and his ideas are mind blowing. Don't let the Quantlet execution detract from his message because it's clear more people need to hear it. Overall the Quantlet truly is a game-changing device meant to overcome our modern lifestyle. It doesn’t just track data, or track your location or let you buy shit on Amazon. It is intended to provide direct benefit using the principles of low-level light therapy from the very first use. May people have reported benefit, but the downside is defective units and voided warranties for many users.

The following is my attempt at awakening the divine spark which lives in each of us. The information presented may elicit feelings of anger, confusion and even a state of cognitive dissonance (cognitive dissonance-law) but the ask is simple. For a small amount of time set aside your individual bias, ego and programming to contemplate the extreme weight that this knowledge bares as well as the freedom it can potentially deliver.

Conceptually and or factually speaking about what is the true begging of human spiritual sovereignty or when life begins has historically and now more than ever is a volatile source of discourse between differing mindsets and affiliations. 

 

My belief has been shaped over many years of wrestling with my current state of consciousness, “churchianity” upbringing and an inadequate human understanding of the cosmos. Through my studies and experience i concur with many others that the cleavage of the zygote to the uterine wall is the time a [wo]man is a viable human but the spiritual creation of sovereignty in my opinion begins the moment the seed and ovum attache and split into the zygote itself.

Why is the zygote important

 

Let us look to “Hellywood” for the allegorical proof that your zygote is of true importance. Allegorical interpretation draws spiritual or figurative meaning from historical matter. So, if history is just a set of lies agreed upon, can we not agree that television and movies are spinning tales to condition us in to a state of acceptance or total disbelief for what is coming down the pike in-terms of atrocities committed against [wo]man? Remember that etymology is very important.

 

Take for instance the blockbuster of its time,“Superman!” Superman is still relevant today because like you, Superman had an alter ego that he presented to the world by day and night.  This mild mannered man appeared to be like everyone else as he worked a nine to five job and did his best to earn a living in a corrupt and spiritually bankrupt society. Just like you and i, Clark Kent had been oppressed of knowledge and spiritually attacked from his first day on earth.

 

Superman entered this world like all of us, born of flesh and blood [wo]man, he was covered in the protection of his cryptonym (no-men) Kal-El.  The difference between us is that at birth superman was not stripped of his superpowers. In fact, he is still adorned with a holy vestment that yokes him to the essence of the Creator and the power of duality through the sacred  feminine and masculine archetypes.  You and i on the other-hand have been disconnected from the Origin and combinations of the gender archetypes as the doctor cut the funiculus umbilicus, leaving us vulnerable to corruption. 

 

If we no longer don (dawn) this powerful light giving vestment but merely retain the remnant, what offerings of spiritual protection do we have?  Like Kal-El returning to his origins of Krypton we too can return to our origins and find freedom within this matrix.

The teachings of modern day science are eschewed as these individuals that play ruler(s) are actual slavers and do not see us as equal but as lesser pieces of property.  They seek to pull the wool over our eyes, to keep us in the dark and to retain some sense of control where there is actually none. 

 

Through all of [wo]mans ego and ideology we see the Laws of Nature are not being adhered to as corrupt ideologies lend themselves to immense struggle and tear us away from living in harmony as was intended.  [Wo]man seeks to devour its own species in the name of more.  More resources for less people, more power for less people and more man made tyrannical threats of oppression as to fear mongering and coerce us into slavery. All of this steams from conditioned behaviors and fraud. 

 

Life after creation is a series of voluntary events that we do have some amount of control over, the outcomes in our life are not predetermined or even all at random, free will dictates that nothing is “set in stone.’ Our conscious state or manifested reality is affected by our collective behaviors which in time generate the urges to act with logic or with extreme executive function disorders. 

 

The principal Modus operandi of prescribed Natural Law will dictate how you interact in this world and how you CARE for others. The two differing concepts demonstrate that this is in fact the case, compare the same definitions through the jurisdiction of “people” or “persons”.

This shadow entity is Darkseid or Uxas, he is the tyrannic ruler of the Apokolips whose ultimate goal is to conquer the universe by eliminating all hope and free will in sentient beings. The Principle of Correspondence states that which is Above is like that which is Below. That which is Below is like that which is Above. The Universe is a Holographic image (Holographic Will-law) of its self and is self-similar across all scales. Allegorical proof that what is happening today is not a coincidence but instead is in direct response to the spells that have been cast upon us all.

“Make no bones about it,” as Crrow says, the dark occult powers in places of so called authority will and have been doing all they can to claim your consciousness. The “Pledge of Allegiance” is just one such examples of a contract of/or jurisdiction.

 

We are “landless surfs” that have pledged an allegiance (legis) to a jurisdiction of a corporation, binding us to the rules of stated jurisdiction. We are “lost at Sea” and there are hidden contracts that bind us to these macrocosmic jurisdictions. The “law of the land,” or to say that all land is under the authority of laws granted by the crown or sovereign. The crown grants land and authority to noble men who become the landlords and they have pledge an oath of fealty by bonding their faith to the sovereign. Fuedal law has never been done away with it remains intact today but has been renamed and recoded.

 

The following are jurisdictions that we fall under. Town/city, county state, country, United Nations (ZIP Code) are all subdivisions which attaches us to one jurisdictions of a civil containment field under military conquest and bankruptcy. Based on that, we have a taken an oath of allegiance to a subdivision-jurisdiction of a global jurisdiction that posits,  all human beings are lifted off the land and have no standing.

Under the 14th Amendment, virtually all persons natrualized or born in the Unites States are are citizens of the United States and of the state where they reside. In addition, by statute, persons born in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands are citizens of the United States.

Why is Spiritual Sovereignty so important now

 

Sovereignty is inherently a God/Creator given freedom and flows from Natural Law. Consciousness is knowledge which affords [wo]man the ability to exercise their sovereignty or to be bound by fear and the shackles of man.  No [wo]man has the authority to rule over another and now more than ever violence its being perpetrated against all races, creeds, colors and affiliations by an occult demagogue.

 

In fact we have seen that the more lawless a society becomes the more laws are laid down, the more laws that are laid down the more lawless this society remains. Its a Catch 22 and the future lies in peril if we continue to act as children when it pertains to understanding our freedom provided by Natural Law.  Knowledge has been occulted through [wo]mans laws and oppression of knowledge. It will remain as so until we demand freedom over comfort and so called safety but as we can see it comes with a high cost. Ignorance on the other hand is bliss. 

 

As we approach the presuppose of the most historical energy transition in human history, understanding all the truths, jurisdictions, vernaculars, etymology and roots is of utter importance.  Somethings will change drastically and somethings will remain the same with some slight shifts but  one thing will remain absolute. Our sovereignty will never change even if you feel that it has or are told so by those that seek to oppress. 

 

Our consciousness has been under constant spiritual attack, if we do not remain in a place of love and peace we stand to loose even more than we may gain. Knowledge and “greatattude,” provides the understanding of this fundamental living truth.  By exercising these charateristics and continually acting within the jurisdiction of honor we remain cloaked in the royal protection that sovereignty provides.

What to do now

 

I know that what i have laid out before you is confusing and complex. My hyperbole may have seemed like pure babble at times or even entirely? I can assure you that over the last six month of daily study all of these ideas truths where confusing and at times are still perplexing but once i have applied some of these truths to my daily life, the vail becomes more faint. THERE IS AN EQUATION AND CHEMISTRY TO FEAR

The equation:

 

Anxiety/Fear = Estimation of danger/Estimation of coping skills (ie. defense cascade)

 

The mechanism:

 

Thalamus > Sensory cortex > Hippocampus > Amygdala > Hypothalamus

 

The chemistry:

 

Adrenaline > corticotropic releasing hormone (HCT) > cortisol

 

The actions:

 

Arousal > freezing > flight > fight > tonic immobility > collapsed immobility > quiescent immobility

 

The human model is also more complex because humans make subjective representations of body states and endow their experiences with meaning, and because humans use their minds to create internally generated representations of threat—images of feeling states and events from the past or images of the imagined future—which, like real external threats, have the capacity to activate the body’s defense systems in the absence of external threat. Fear states can therefore be induced by combinations of internal and external triggers, some of which will be accessible to conscious processing, and some not.” - Harvard review of Psychiatry

 

 

The above paragraph essentially states that the mechanism of fear dictates our rationale, decisions making process and reactions based on our past traumas (experiences) and as humans we all have a level of corrupted data. If you listen to any news outlet these days you will undoubtedly find some information that will scratch the itch you are looking for.  A preset algorithm geared to the [wo]man in front of the screen or in ears shot of the news “cast” with an agenda of complete neural dominance and eventually an artificial human to machine interface.

 

Imagine if you will that there is a specific area in your prefrontal cortex that directly connects you to the Creator or creation, a place harboring specified genetic code that varies slightly from human to human but also connects us all spiritually.  What if this quantum entanglement was accidentally damaged or by nefarious means, purposely corrupted?

 

There is a portion of the worlds population that is currently operating with chemical and media corrupted data files. This has triggered an impulsive reaction to act in anger when they are confronted with data that can be attacked with fictional bias and real dangers that may be omitted through plausibly deniability. Is this the new normal or is it the perpetual human response to fear? Socially engineered ideology, coding and spells have dictated humans emotional status and behaviors for millennia. The group think conditioning has become more pervasive and easier to implement on those plugged in to the matrix. 

 

What isn't a threat has been twisted or augmented by narrative and tech to become a threat, every human has fallen prey to dogma and strict adherence to their social media beliefs, this leaves little to no room for the Creator persona that dictates empathy and compassion for our fellow humans.

 

As I mentioned before each human is specifically encoded with a variation of the VMAT2 gene, the expression of this gene controls the level of connection to the Creator and perhaps many other higher-order executive functions. We have been created in the image of something bigger and more powerful than ourselves and it is beyond our comprehension. Those that are struggling to gain control over our consciousness (soul) know this and the struggle has been perpetual.

 

You may feel that your personal safety and the safety of our loved ones is consistently under attack from an invisible hand.  You may even feel that your path or journey is no longer under own control, a series of “what ifs” lead you into a tailspin of question and false answers and back into aggression or complete paralysis.

 

There is still hope! On the flip side of aggression and paralysis there is action or fleeing. Fleeing or regrouping should not be looked upon as cowardice but it should be viewed as a variation in tactics. Sun Tzu’s The Art of War, Chapter Eight, page 74 highlights the character traits of a good commander. Sensibilities and understanding can make all the difference, Knowing the small minority of dark powers that come against you improves your standing and gives you solid footing. When to push forward and when to fall back, when to take the high ground or when to walk with the river bed, its all a choice.

 

Your past is the catalyst to your reaction or coping mechanism to fear. The inner child that was hurt or traumatized in some manner is reacting within and out of the past but the newly created spiritually robust and experienced commander that is here now comforts that child with the abundance of wisdom. Dr. Zach Busch said it very well, “ A mindset of fear has decided the best way to control human beings is to separate us, and ‘they’ are exactly right. In our separation, we lose the connectivity that creates joy, purpose, and our hyper intelligence.”

 

No ‘person’ (corporation or entity) can separate you from your soul or consciousness, you have an internal and eternal right to deny access and its up to you to exercise this right consistently and without hesitation against any and every internal or external threat.  Every spiritual contract that you unknowingly signed under duress can easily be redacted and become null-and-void with a simple declaration, verbal and or written.    Now that you know the equation for fear and anxiety its time to apply the solution.

 

Happiness = Love + empathy + forgiveness + trust + coping + skills + people + nature

 

All of us are conduits of energy or empaths but some of us are extremely sensitive to the slightest of energetic shifts within our universe. I’d like to say that I generally have my emotions in check and that I act out of logic like Sun Tzu when presented with a problem such as fear, that I can immediately apply the equation above and like that I’m calm and at peace and my directives are clear but often the programming keeps coming and its my goal to see through the codes of fear, to see the tactics of the enemy and adjust my army as necessary.

A Very Primalhacker Holiday

I don't know about you all, but I'm not real big into holidays. 

In fact, all holidays, with the exception of the made up ones like valentines day, have been bastardized by corporations to turn then into gluttonous spendfests.  In reality all holidays are based on ancient traditions that were anything but the soul sucking things they are today. We like to stick to the ancient traditions because they had real meaning and probably led to higher spiritual awareness vs mass consumerism. 

With that said, we wanted to share our favorite holiday gifts with you all because we know while you and I may feel a certain way about holidays, it's generally expected that we still give others gifts. And we do make money to keep our blog and social media going by offering critical biohacking tools at affordable prices.

Before we link to any potential holiday goodies, let us talk about winter. 

Winter is a time of death. 

The annual plants are now dead. 

The sun slowly dies all fall and finally, on the winter solstice, dies in the west earlier than ever and rises later than ever. 

As tree leaves flutter to the ground, now crispy and colored, sap from trees is now safely in the roots and out of the limbs and leaves. 

Winter is also the time of rebirth. 

This year, winter solstice happens on a GREAT Conjunction where multiple planets align for the first time in the last 6000 years. 

This alignment is a sign of a great reset, and we can see that language popping up everywhere from the World Economic Forum to corporate emails. Literally this word reset is appearing everywhere out of the blue. 

While every winter contains a reset, this year is something special.

Not only is winter a time of resetting, the sun dies on the solstice and is reborn the next day as it begins staying out longer and longer from that day forward. Winter reset is also a body reset. 

The human body cannot sustain perpetual summer. In summer we eat carbs, sugar, stay up late, get less sleep, and work hard. 

In winter, we reset the body and our systems by getting more sleep, eating little to no carbs and sugar and allowing the body to rebuild. 

But this year, a great reset is in order. We have heard that companies, with work forces that cannot come into work, due to State orders, are working harder to automate tasks and remove the need for human workers at all. 

The military is preparing for a rest in the coming year and while we have no idea what that means, I'm thinking about NATO/ UN troops coming onto our soil. 

In addition, as we move from Pisces to Aquarius the Yuga moves from water to air. This likely means an end to water terms of money like currency, flow and such and a change from paper currency to digital currency.

For now, back to traditions. 

Witches back in ancient times were healers. One tradition they kept was the Yule Log. The eldest male selected the biggest log they could find that could still fit in the hearth. This log was decorated with runes, glyphs, prayers, beads and more before being put into the fire. Being so big it would last a long time and it would be accompanied by the family snuggling up on this cold winter day. 

Nearly ALL of what we call christmas is completely and wholly based on saturnalia. Look it up. 

Ancient people would have celebrated the death of the current year with the birth of the new year. Likely this would have been done with a feast, eating up the stores of carbs like squash and potatoes and getting ready to subsist more off meats and fats. 

This was a time of contemplation, additional sleep, and less work. Some people believe ancient humans went through a phase of near hibernation where they slept most of the time, thus reducing need for food and water. 

Whether you celebrate one of the modern religious holidays or want to practice more ancient traditions, take this time to slow, down, sleep more, and eat less carbs.

Why You Should Block Blue Light at Night

Humans, for all natural history that we know of, have never been exposed to blue light after dark.

Because of this, our bodies are tuned to the color blue, only present in the daytime sky.

This attunement to blue tells our body that it’s daytime.

Daytime means we humans will produce cortisol to be awake and alert and stop producing melatonin, a hormone of darkness and sleep.

When we see blue after dark, our bodies destroy melatonin, lose many of the benefits of sleep, and set us up for long term health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer according to the National Institute of Health.

In order to minimize exposure to blue light at night, the very best thing you can do is to wear blue light blocking glasses.

If Blue Light is Necessary, Why Block it?

Blue light is present in the sun always.

Our bodies have receptors that decode blue light.

These receptors are called melanopsin.

Melanopsin reads the blue light in the environment and uses this information to produce hormones that keep us healthy.

The amount of blue in the environment also tells the body what time of day it is. There is a varying amount of blue from sunrise to noon to sunset. The body reads these levels to know what time of day it is.

Knowing what time of day it is, helps our body set circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm is so important to human health that the nobel prize in medicine was given in 2017 for the study of circadian rhythm.

Every cell in our body contains a clock and these clocks are required to be set to the right time for optimal health.

Our clocks are set by the color and brightness of light.

When we live indoors and turn on lights after dark, we confuse our body and the melanopsin receptors into thinking it’s daytime. We mess up our circadian rhythm and cause chaos in the body.

Blue light at the wrong time of day is devastating.

Blue light after sunset tells the body it's daytime, releases stress hormone and keeps you awake, destroying the healing hormone melatonin and ruining your sleep. 

In addition, strong blue light during the day from devices and overheads lights that are devoid of UV and infrared light can damage the eyes by causing too many free radicals in the eye without the mitigating effect of infrared light.

Blue light after dark has been shown to reduce melatonin and shift circadian rhythm.

Why Wear Blue Light Blocking Glasses at Night

When the sun sets, melatonin is released from the gut and pineal in the brain into the blood. Melatonin stays high for about 12 hours and helps us clean up cancer and even boosts our immune system!

But artificial light, which has a high amount of blue light at a time when nature provides no blue light, messes with melatonin levels.

Blue and green light have both been associated with decreasing melatonin, blue more than green. Red light does not decrease melatonin.

When blue light is removed at night, people sleep longer and get better sleep and melatonin is preserved.

Blue Light Blocking for Better Sleep

Wearing blue light blocking glasses after sunset have been shown to improve sleep and reduce insomnia. The National Institute of Health (NIH) has published multiple papers showing that exposure to artificial light at Night (ALAN) is associated with diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer. We all are exposed to phones, devices, TVs and lights after dark, especially if we’re not at home where we can control the light.

Other Ways to Avoid Blue Light at Night

  • Use Red Lights in your home like these LEDs or Gembared (Discount code SLEEP) which can also be used for red light therapy.
  • Add Twilight or Iris aps to your phone and use iris or F.lux on your laptops.
  • Use Candles at night.
  • Turn off the power in your bedroom at the circuit box. Many people do this to avoid EMFs as well..
  • Get sunlight during the day. This has been shown to allow you to get better sleep at night.

 

As soon as the sun sets, put on your blue light blocking glasses.

When the sun rises the next day, take them off.

Energy Density
